Flower Delivery Service

Flowers by Jay offer a flower delivery service to Southall and the neighbouring local areas of: Heston, Osterley, Hounslow, Feltham, Ashford, Cranford, Heathrow, Hillingdon, Yeading, Hayes, Hanwell, Greenford, Northolt, Ealing, Isleworth, Twickenham, Norwood Green, Harlington, Uxbridge, West Drayton and Harmondsworth.

If you are in a local area we have not listed, please call to check if we can deliver to your required location.

 

SAME DAY EXPECTATIONS

If our daily delivery hasn't left the premises, we can try and fit in a same day request.  However, all items will have a minimum added surcharge of £10 to the online price.

Next Day Delivery

Next day deliveries must be received by 2pm GMT, orders received after this time will be delivered the following working day.

Delivery Days and timings

To reduce carbon footprint and also to work around 'School Safety parking zone roads', all deliveries are from 10.00am to 2.00pm, Monday to Friday. Alternatively, many customers prefer to collect from our Studio.

Any Saturday orders will need to be pre-planned or collections can be pre-arranged.

Unfortunately we do not deliver on Sundays at the moment. If an order is received for a Sunday it will be delivered the next working day.

• Postcodes: UB2 - £3.00
• Postcodes: UB1 - £6.00
• Postcodes: UB3 and UB4 - £10.00
• Postcodes: UB5, UB6, UB7, UB8, UB9, UB10 and UB11 - £13.00
• Postcodes starting: TW2/3/4/5 - £10.00
• Postcodes starting: TW1/6/7/8, W5/7 and W13 - £15.00
• Postcodes starting: SL3 - £20.00

For any areas not mentioned in this list, please do call to check for Delivery slots.  If we do not cover the Postal Area in question, we may be able to refer you to one of our Buddy Florists in the area you require for.

 

CLICK & COLLECT

You can choose to click and collect your order from our Studio. Please select this at the time of placing your order or liaise directly with Jay for an agreed time.

 

Delivery Terms & Conditions

Please note the below before making your order with us::

We do not deliver to any high-rise Flats/Apartments due to parking restrictions – these orders can be collected from our Studio.

It is your responsibility to ensure the Recipient is home or someone is home to receive your order.  For anyone not present, we will 1) place the order in a porch area and take a picture, 2) ask a neighbour to hold onto and post a card to confirm this for the Recipient and failing 1 and 2, the bouquet will be returned to our Studio for Collection and post a card to confirm this for the Recipient or extra delivery charge will need to be made for a repeat delivery the next working day.
